Due to the seasonal and customized nature of our subscription service, Walmart Beauty Box items are generally non-refundable and cannot be returned. If you receive a damaged product or an incomplete box, please follow our resolution process within 30 days of delivery.
Return Process

Provide a clear photograph of the damaged product and the shipping label to help our team verify the claim.
- 3.Review Period
Our customer care team will review your request within 3-5 business days to determine eligibility for a replacement or credit.
- 4.Resolution Delivery
Once approved, a replacement item will be shipped at no additional cost, or a partial credit will be applied to your next seasonal box.
